CoreStrong is a 6-week, men-only Pilates program designed to develop functional core strength, improve mobility, and support better performance in sport, work, and everyday life.
This is not a typical stretch class. You’ll learn how to move with control, challenge weak links in your movement chain, and build strength where it counts — your core.

6 weekly small-group sessions (starting July 17)
Taught by Mrs. Sade-Maria Edwards-Als, Pilates Instructor, in a supportive, men-only setting

No prior Pilates experience required
