Physiotherapy
We provide both in-person Physiotherapy as well as Online/Digital physiotherapy treatments in the comfort of your home. We assess you to find out the issue and provide you with a diagnosis. Following diagnosis, we then can prescribe a plan of care tailored to your specific needs and goals. Our physiotherapy programs also include home exercise programs with videos to help you with your exercises while at home.
Acupuncture
Use of small diameter needles inserted into different areas of the body to assist in improving the flow of Qi. We use this in conjunction with dry needling to relieve pain
Massage Therapy
We offer a wide range of both relaxation and therapeutic massages.
The massages that we currently offer are the following: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Hot stone and Thai Massage. Our Massage Therapist Sade-Maria will assist you in selecting a massage to help you achieve your goals.
In addition, if you have a specific issue that you would like her to address she will be able to guide you towards beneficial treatment options.
Kinesiology Taping
This is incorporated into the session or can be done as a stand alone treatment.
Clinical Pilates
We use our knowledge of Pilates to assist our patients to better movement patterns through the practice of Pilates.
Group classes
We teach Pilates matwork via Zoom so that you can exercise in the comfort of your home. Also Barre classes soon coming to the schedule.
Pilates on Demand
We offer prerecorded Pilates classes online so that you can exercise at a time most convenient to you.
